Custom resin handles, for example, typically involve long and costly manufacturing processes, and need to be purchased in higher volumes to make them affordable. The Taptastic handle measures 12cm x 3.5cm x 2cm (approx), weighs 155 grams, and has a 3/8"-16 UNC female thread.
The Taptastic handle is made from aluminium alloy 6082-T6, a strong, lightweight and highly durable material that offers excellent corrosion resistance for a prolonged life in trade.
As an alternative to the standard bright polished finish, we can offer sulphuric anodising with bead blasting. These are applied together as a secondary process (so an MOQ and longer lead time may apply), to provide a lightly-textured, decorative, durable and corrosion-resistant finish in a range of colours, including yellow, orange, green, turquoise, blue, red, copper, violet and black. Yes. Our badges feature a polyurethane resin coating that provides a protective layer and enhances durability and resistance to scratches, fading, and wear. This ensures that badges remain vibrant and intact, even in harsh environmental conditions and high-use scenarios.
All badge artworks should be sent in an editable Adobe Illustrator format (Ai, EPS, PDF etc.). Fonts must be converted to outlines and any images included must be embedded within the artwork. We will be happy to advise if you have any questions.

Absolutely. Here’s a quick guide on what to do:
• Turn off the beverage supply to avoid spilages or pressure build-up.
• Unscrew and remove the tap handle that's being replaced.
• Clean the exposed tap thread (or ferrule / spacer thread if used).
• Screw on your new Taptastic handle.
• Align so that the badge faces forwards.
• Secure in place using the locking nut that comes with your tap.
• Turn on the beverage supply to resume normal operation.
• Pour a test to ensure everything is working properly.
• Turn off the beverage supply to avoid spilages or pressure build-up.
